Racing Mono shock with ring preload

Introduced in 2008, under constant development, XXF is sits at the top of current technology
 
EVOLUTION of this shock has culminated in an overall weight decrease, using an aluminium body, which has always been a very important feature in racing for better handling response to the rider’s needs. In addition to new set-ups, even more race-ready, and a upgrade aimed at  better performance and adjusting simplicity of the length and hydraulic spring preload adjustment.
 
INNOVATION is in the internals of the shock, with new technical solutions for improving the damping coefficient and increasing the stability at high temperature. The Ø14mm rod improves the sliding, while the Ø30mm piston reduces the moving fluid masses. These improvements have produced a  reduction of inertial forces, and therefore an immediate control of the suspension oscillations.
Some particular attention is paid to increase sensitivity and precision of the adjustments, which are all positioned in the upper portion of the shock.
 
OBJECTIVE is to give the rider the precise control and maximum grip increase, as well as even tire wear thanks to the immediate force control. This ensures the best rider control in the curve even at extreme inclination angles, fast direction changes, maximum confidence under acceleration in all kinds of tracks and perfect stability of the rear, even under the hardest braking.
 
XXF is supplied with the following adjustments:
Low speed compression 24clicks
High speed compression 20clicks
Rebound 24clicks
Millimetric Ring  manual spring preload
Adjustable length up to 8 mm, easy to adjust with the supplied knob.
 
ADJUSTMENT VALVES KIT XXF shock absorbers can be easily and quickly modified thanks to the replacement of the XD compression valve and XS rebound valve. The supplied set-up is labelled on the shock body.
Bitubo Racing department has created specific set-ups for several bikes developed with the world champion teams and their riders, now available to you, the enthusiast,  with specific damping coefficients.
Bitubo supplies complete valve kits in single or double speed, provided with the relative graphs.

EVOLUTION concerned the reduction of the overall weight by adopting an aluminum body, always important parameter in the Racing for the best response of the bike to the rider orders, new set-up, more and more race ready, and a makeover - especially in key greater functionality and ease of operation - the adjustment distance and hydraulic spring preload.
 
INNOVATION is inside, with new technical solutions to improve the damping coefficient and increase stability at high temperatures. The Ø14mm rod improves the smoothness while the piston, Ø 30 mm reduces the fluid masses in motion. All targeted improvements to achieve, low inertia, and then an immediate control of the suspension oscillations.
Particular attention was paid to the increase in sensitivity and accuracy of the adjustments, now all located in the upper head.
 
The GOAL is to provide the pilot a precise handling and increased grip never found until now, a uniform tire wear thanks to the instant control of the forces. This gives to the driver, the maximum support when cornering even at extreme angles, fast changes of direction, maximum confidence in the opening of gas in all types of track, perfect rear end stability even under the hardest braking.
 
XXF has the following adjustments:

Hydraulic spring preload 12mm range (in 24 clicks)
Adjustable distance up to 8 mm, easily operated with the pin supplied
 
SETTING GROUPS The XXF shocks are quickly changed with the replacement of the compression valve XD and XS extension. The set-up supplied is identified by a label on the shock body.
The Bitubo racing department has developed for each specific motorcycle set-up from the team riders who participated in leagues around the world, now also available for you, or use a specific damping coefficients.
Two pipe provides complete valve assemblies at a speed that is two-speed and supplied to related graphics.
